Alcohol Change UK, alongside its official Dry January® challenge partners, is heading to Parliament to showcase the incredible benefits of taking on the Dry January® challenge. From improved sleep and a mental health boost, to saving money and time, the 31-day challenge aims to help participants reset their relationship with drinking.

By inviting your MP, they’ll have the unique opportunity to learn more about the Dry January® challenge, sample delicious no and low-alcohol drinks, and discover the impactful work of Alcohol Change UK, the founders of the Dry January® challenge.

  • Be polite - keep your email polite and respectful.
  • Be clear - make sure your email is clear and concise, as that makes it much easier to read.
  • Include your address and post code at the end of the email, so that they know you are their constituent.
